Automatic Ring Forming Butt Welding Machine

This integrated ring butt welder completes wire straightening, auto feeding, ring forming, fixed-length cutting, clamping, flash butt welding and automatic unloading in one process for iron wire, stainless steel wire and galvanized wire to produce closed metal rings.

Wire straightening & feeding: Straightening rollers correct deformed wire and feed steadily to ensure consistent ring dimension.
Ring forming & cutting: Different ring diameters available by changing forming dies, accurate fixed-length cutting.
Flash butt welding: Copper jaws precisely clamp joint ends; weld by resistance heat without filler wire, high tensile strength at weld seam.
PLC control: Welding current, upset force and processing size are adjustable; equipped with overload & no-material protection with fault alarm.
Full-automatic continuous running, finished rings drop automatically. Widely used for fan guard rings, hardware rings, luggage rings and other ring mass production.
