1. Product Overview

The Automatic Wood Stove Ring Forming Machine is a professional roll-forming equipment specially designed for manufacturing circular stove rings. 2. Working Principle & Process

Equipped with multi-axis precision rolling wheels, the machine gradually bends flat strip materials into standard circular shapes without wrinkling or deformation. The whole production process is automatic and continuous:

Material Straightening → Automatic Feeding → Gradual Rolling & Bending → Circular Shaping → Fixed-length Cutting → Finished Product Discharging

Supported by CNC touchscreen control, users can freely set the ring diameter, material width and thickness to switch different product specifications quickly
